Winter Break Housing

All of UCA’s Residence Halls close for break periods. Our apartment complexes, Donaghey Hall, and Greek Village will remain open during the breaks.

WINTER BREAK HOUSING RATES

Double Room: $475.00
Single Room: $650.00

Winter Break Application Dates

Open – November 3rd, 2025 at Noon
Close – December 11th, 2025 at Noon

Residence Halls will be closed from December 13th, 2025 at NOON
and will reopen on January 7th, 2026 at 9am.

In order to apply for break housing, please fill out the break housing application located in my.uca.edu on your MyHousing Portal.

How to apply for Winter Break Housing

– Log on to my.uca.edu.
– Go to the MyHousing Portal
– Click ‘My Housing Applications’ at the top menu
– Select ‘Break Housing’ from the drop-down menu
– Select ‘Apply’ next to the ‘Winter Break 2025’ application
– Read the Winter Break information
– Fill out the Winter Break agreement

NOTE:  Apartments, Greek Village, and Donaghey Hall do not have to apply for winter break!

FALL LATE STAY RATES

December 14h (1 night) Double Room: $23.00
December 14th (1 night) Single Room: $30.00
December 15th (2 nights) Double Room: $46.00
December 15th (2 nights) Single Room: $60.00

Late Stay Request Dates

Open – November 3rd, 2025 at Noon
Close – December 11th, 2025 at Noon

In order to apply for Fall late stay, please fill out the late stay request located in my.uca.edu on your MyHousing Portal under My Room.

Spring Early Arrival

January 4th, 2026 from 9am – 5pm

Rates

$23 per night (double rooms) – $60 total
$30 per night (single rooms) – $90 total

The Early Arrival form will open on December 1st, 2025 at 12pm noon, and will close on January 1st at 12pm noon.

Spring Break Housing

SPRING BREAK HOUSING RATES

Double Room: $150.00
Single Room: $225.00

How to apply for Spring Break Housing:

– Log on to my.uca.edu.
– Go to the MyHousing Portal
– Click “Apply for Housing” at the top menu
– Term Selector – click “apply” on the Spring Break term
– Complete the Spring Break Application

NOTE:  Apartments, Greek Village, and Donaghey Hall do not have to apply for Spring Break Housing!
